As the owner of BubbleGum Spa & Tea in Rockville, I run a business where timing, experience, and people matter. When a child walks through our doors for a party, everything has to be right. The staff has to be present, prepared, and ready to deliver. There is no margin for error.

But like every service business, I've experienced the same moment over and over again. A staff member calls out. An event is about to start. Phones are ringing. You're reaching out to anyone available, trying to fill a gap that should never exist in the first place.

And in those moments, you realize something very simple: there is no real solution.

That is where ShiftFill was born.
